Permanently Deleting Your QNCS Account
You can permanently delete your QNCS account from either your mobile device or computer.
When you permanently delete your QNCS account:
- Your profile, QR codes, logs, records, and any associated personal data will be permanently removed.
- You will no longer be able to access any features of the app.
- If you simply want to take a break, you can choose to temporarily deactivate your account instead.
How to Permanently Delete Your Account
You can delete your account through the Profile section in the QNCS app. To proceed:
- Click on your Profile Photo (top right corner).
- Select Deactivation or Deletion.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your registered email ID or mobile number to receive an OTP.
- Enter the OTP.
- Tap Continue to confirm the deletion.
Rejoining QNCS
Once your account is permanently deleted, you can sign up again using the same email or mobile number—provided the information hasn’t been claimed by another user.
After 30 days from the deletion request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. During this 30-day period, your data will remain protected under QNCS’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, but it will not be accessible to others.
Data Retention and Security
The deletion process may take up to 90 days to complete. Copies of your content may remain in backup storage used for disaster recovery, error handling, or legal compliance. We may retain certain information for security, legal, or policy enforcement reasons in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important Notes
- QNCS cannot delete your account on your behalf due to security reasons. You must be logged in to request account deletion.
- If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, please use the Forgot Password option or contact QNCS Support for assistance
